These terms govern your use of SiteSorted. Please read them carefully before subscribing. By using SiteSorted you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and SiteSorted (“SiteSorted”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an Irish-operated SaaS platform available at sitesorted.org.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the SiteSorted platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
SiteSorted is an AI-powered platform that automates the creation, scheduling, and reporting of Facebook advertisements for small businesses. The Service includes:
Starter Plan
€79 /month
5 AI-generated ads per month, auto-scheduling, stock photography, monthly report, email support.
Growth Plan
€149 /month
Everything in Starter plus priority support, advanced targeting options, and A/B testing variations.
Prices are quoted excluding VAT. Irish and EU VAT will be applied where required under applicable law. SiteSorted reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise SiteSorted to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
If payment fails, Stripe will retry up to three times. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days remaining in a billing period.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by Irish consumer law or the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at sitesortedapp@gmail.com within 30 days and we will investigate.
The SiteSorted subscription fee does not include Facebook ad spend. Your monthly subscription covers the SiteSorted platform — the AI generation, scheduling, and management service. Facebook charges you separately for the actual delivery of ads to Facebook users, billed directly to your Facebook Ad Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining sufficient budget in your Facebook Ad Account. SiteSorted has no control over and accepts no liability for Facebook's billing of your ad spend.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all ads created through SiteSorted comply with:
SiteSorted is not responsible for ads that are rejected, paused, or removed by Facebook or Meta due to policy violations. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet Meta's advertising standards in all cases. You should review ads before they are submitted.
You represent and warrant that you own, or have explicit permission to manage and run ads on, every Facebook Page you connect to SiteSorted. Connecting a Page you do not have authority to manage is a breach of these Terms and may also violate Facebook's Platform Terms.
Meta may change its advertising policies, API terms, or platform features at any time without notice. SiteSorted is not liable for any impact these changes may have on your ad campaigns, including suspension of ad delivery, changes to targeting options, or removal of API access.
SiteSorted provides tools to create and schedule ads but does not guarantee any particular level of impressions, clicks, conversions, or return on investment. Facebook ad performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your budget, audience, industry, creative content, and competition.
You may disconnect your Facebook account from SiteSorted at any time from the dashboard Settings panel. Upon disconnection, all stored Facebook access tokens are immediately deleted. Scheduled ads that have not yet been posted will no longer be posted to Facebook until you reconnect.

The SiteSorted platform — including its software, design, interfaces, trademarks, and branding — is owned by SiteSorted and protected by Irish and international intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the platform itself.
Ad copy and imagery generated by SiteSorted using your business information is provided for your use. You retain ownership of the business information you provide. The AI-generated content is licensed to you on a non-exclusive basis for use in your own Facebook advertising.
You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. SiteSorted makes no warranties about the originality or non-infringement of AI-generated outputs.
You retain all rights to your business name, logo, photos, and other materials you upload. You grant SiteSorted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, SiteSorted is not liable for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSorted's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the one calendar month immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and will notify you of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account data will be retained for the periods described in our Privacy Policy and then securely deleted.
SiteSorted may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you:
Where termination is due to your breach, no refund will be issued. SiteSorted reserves the right to pursue any applicable legal remedies.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10) shall continue to apply.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the Service, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland (Dublin).
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at sitesortedapp@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make a genuine effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes.
SiteSorted integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Clerk, Anthropic, Replicate, Facebook/Meta, Resend, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of those services is additionally governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SiteSorted is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will:
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
