By creating an account or using SiteSorted (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
SiteSorted is operated by SiteSorted Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SiteSorted.
SiteSorted provides an AI-powered platform that automatically generates, schedules, and reports on Facebook advertisement content for small businesses. The Service includes:
The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for business use only. SiteSorted is not a licensed advertising agency and does not guarantee specific advertising results, reach, or return on investment.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
SiteSorted offers subscription plans (currently Starter at €79/month and Growth at €149/month), billed monthly. Prices include VAT where applicable under Irish and EU law.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise SiteSorted to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until that date and will not receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date with a prorated credit applied.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by Irish consumer law or the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a correction where appropriate.
If payment fails, we will retry up to three times. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.
You agree not to use the Service to:
SiteSorted reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate advertisement copy and imagery (“AI Content”). You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the business information you provide. SiteSorted grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the AI Content generated for your business.
The SiteSorted platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by SiteSorted and protected by Irish and international intellectual property law.
You grant SiteSorted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your business information and materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to our processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, SiteSorted's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
SiteSorted is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or revenue; loss of business opportunity; damage to reputation; or losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. SiteSorted does not warrant that:
We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability and notify you of planned maintenance.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Anthropic (AI generation), Unsplash (imagery), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.SiteSorted is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription from the dashboard. SiteSorted may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or for any other reasonable business reason, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will retain your data for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy and then securely delete it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@sitesorted.ie to resolve the matter informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
